We were founded in 1992 and are based in the New York City area. Our initial overseas market was the Middle East, from which we expanded through acquisition and new business development. We now have affiliate consultants in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, and active buyers in over 40 countries, including many attractive developing markets.

Our business is based on long-term relationships, a detailed understanding of our clients' needs, and a reputation for being reliable. Most clients consider us a valuable part of their operation.

Our team has many years of practical experience in marketing, finance, and management, across developed and developing markets, with both small and large organizations. Our resources include many established and proprietary contacts, and our own database of 1000+ overseas distributors. Our transactions are backed by large commercial banks and the U.S. Export Import Bank.

In 1999, we were awarded a Certificate of Export Excellence by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
